The form data is used solely to respond to your enquiries and handle your request; it is not used for any other purpose or for advertising. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email, your language, the subscription date and an encrypted identifier of your IP to send you MrMoustache releases, updates and offers.
Legal basis
The processing of the form data is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting. For the newsletter, you give your consent by confirming the subscription through the link we email you, and you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Data retention
Form data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and to meet applicable legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept while you remain subscribed; if you unsubscribe, we keep only your email marked as unsubscribed so we don't write to you again.

We do not sell your personal data. To host and operate the website we rely on the providers listed below, which act as data processors.
Providers and data processors
We use the following providers to host and operate the website:
- Hostinger: hosting of the website and of the email through which we handle your enquiries.
- Paddle: payment platform that processes purchases as merchant of record. Payment happens on Paddle's systems; we receive your email and the sale details, never your card data.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): sending of the newsletter emails (Amazon SES), with servers in the European Union.
